To make the technical support requests more convenient for our customers, we have introduced a ticket system.
A ticket system is a system for effective interaction between users and technical support staff. It allows to better organize the processing of user requests in support and resolve customer issues faster. Requests are distributed among the support personnel, also allowing cooperative work. The setup and operation of mail systems do not affect customer's request processing, ie, the request does not go into the spam and will not be lost, and customers can easily track the status of their application and see the answer.
